Privacy Policy

GulfSend is a comparison website. We show and compare exchange rates and fees from licensed UAE money transfer providers. We are not a bank, an exchange house, or a money transfer service, and we never touch or hold your money.

Email address — only if you sign up for rate alerts. We also store the transfer route you signed up for (for example AED to EGP) so we can send you the right rate.

Basic usage data — anonymous, aggregated analytics such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. This does not identify you personally.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, ID, or any financial information, and you never need an account to use the comparison tool.

To understand which routes and pages are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Some links to providers are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or transfer, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the rates we show or the order they appear in — ranking is based only on what your family receives.

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the site: our database and email storage (Supabase), our hosting and analytics (Vercel), and our email delivery provider. Each only processes the data needed to do its job.

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will action deletion requests promptly.

We keep your email for as long as you are subscribed to alerts. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it.

If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back occasionally.
