Alinma lists a maximum fee for transfers to a bank outside Saudi Arabia: SAR 57.50 electronically and SAR 86.25 at a branch, including VAT. It also offers alinma Express and Western Union. Do not treat the bank-transfer tariff as the price of every route or service.

These are ceilings in the bank’s tariff, not a quote for every Express or Western Union payout. Check the exchange rate and recipient amount too.
Countries and payout
Alinma describes Express as offering “instant transfers to high-demand countries” through its correspondent network, without naming those countries on the service page. It says Western Union offers access to roughly 500,000 locations across 200 countries and territories. Availability of a particular payout method needs checking in the app.
For “Alinma Express to India”, choose India and the beneficiary bank in the app. The page does not publish an India-specific fee or guaranteed time.
Limits and speed
With Quick Login, Alinma caps a transfer to a predefined international beneficiary at SAR 300 per transaction and all transactions in this limit group at SAR 3,000 per day. If you exceed this Quick Login limit, the app asks for a full login. This is not a general international transfer cap.
Alinma calls Express transfers instant for high-demand countries, but does not name those countries or give a time for India or each destination bank. Check your transaction estimate.
How to send
- Sign in to Alinma App or Alinma Internet and open Transfers.
- Add a beneficiary, select Express if offered, then enter the country, bank and required details.
- Activate the beneficiary through Alinma Phone or an Alinma ATM, then select it and activate it.
- Review the fee, rate and recipient amount; then send and keep the reference.
Receiving an international transfer
The pages reviewed explain sending rather than complete instructions for receiving from abroad. Ask Alinma for your account details, SWIFT code and any intermediary instructions before sharing them with the sender.
Alinma Pay is a different product name. We do not apply Express tariffs or the Quick Login limit to that wallet.
When Alinma suits you
